Mokshalom wellness coaching is centered around your health, well-being and life purpose. If you are feeling stressed out, anxious or confused in life, wellness coaching can help. It's also very helpful for people with chronic illnesses such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, and other conditions.
Perhaps you've spent some time trying to "manifest" everything in your life based on New Age beliefs, only to find that you couldn't "attract" anything positive into your life no matter how many affirmations you did. How about "Letting Go and Letting God" instead? Through Spirit-Led Coaching, we surrender to God and let God's purpose shine through our life. I am a recovering "manipulator" of reality (which got me nowhere) and faith has done wonders for my well-being and sanity. Let God create miracles in your life - stop trying so hard!

I offered life coaching in my 30s and was moderately successful at it, in that I had a number of clients who seemed to be helped by our sessions. However, I wasn't thriving in my personal life and I did not feel comfortable with the "get-rich-quick" flavor of life coaching that was being pushed a lot on the Internet. So I took a break from coaching.
Now that I'm in my mid-40s I feel I have a more mature perspective to offer, with years of additional training in holistic health. My life is still not perfect and I don't do "get-rich-quick" coaching, but I've developed a much better relationship with God. I no longer try to force things to happen with my own will, which can be exhausting and disappointing. Instead, I am letting God guide me and that is making all the difference.
