Beginners Flower Essence Course
Flower essences are excellent remedies for emotional blocks, stress, and negative feelings. They were created (or perhaps more accurately discovered) by an English homeopath named Edward Bach in the 1930s.
Flower essences are traditionally created by taking the petals of a flower and putting them in a bowl of water that is left out in the sun for a few hours. The flowers are removed and then the water is stabilized with some sort of preservative, such as brandy.
This solution is said to contain the vibrational "essence" of the flower, which has healing properties.
