Step Away From the Computer and Take a Quick Fitness Break
It is all too easy to get sucked into the computer and forget to stretch and move the body. This is just quick reminder to get up and take a quick computer break. Stand up, stretch, walk around a little bit, and maybe even do some jogging in place or a quick yoga pose or two! Try to do this at least once an hour. Otherwise, the longer you sit, the worse impact it has on your long-term health.
