In this audio course I share with you my secrets for getting to the perfect weight for you. This is an easy-to-implement holistic weight loss approach that covers the areas of mindset, habits, diet, exercise, energy and emotions.

For example: With this program, you do not have to become a vegetarian, go on a challenging cleanse where you are only drinking liquids for a week, or pledge to never eat a slice of cheesecake ever again.

My weight loss approach is meant for real people. This means, I will never tell you to stop eating any specific kind of food (unless you are allergic to it). Instead, I will give you options and encouragement to choose to add healthier foods to your diet, gradually.
